Small business owners must visit the Udyam registration portal and enter their Aadhaar number, PAN number, and business details to register as an MSME Udyam. There are no physical documents required throughout the registration procedure, which is fully online. The registration fee for MSME Udyam enrollment is low.

  • Enterprises engaged in manufacturing or production of goods or providing services can apply for Udyam enrollment.
  • The enterprise should have a valid PAN card.
  • The enterprise should have a valid Aadhaar card.

The enterprise should not exceed the investment limit specified by the government. For micro-enterprises, the investment limit is up to Rs. 1 crore, for small enterprises, it is up to Rs. 10 crore, and for medium enterprises, it is up to Rs. 50 crore.

  • After submitting the application, the enterprise will receive a unique identification number.

Renewal of Udyam Registration

Udyam enrollment is valid for three years.MSMEs must renew their enrollment with Udyam  after three years to continue accessing government benefits.

All entities registered by the operator must be covered by a single MSME registration.

  • Visit the official Application Form for Udyam Re-Registration (udyamregisteration.org/udyam-re-registration.php).
  • Enter the Udyam registration number (Udyog Aadhaar Number (UAN)).
  • Verify the details of the enterprise.
  • Submit the application along with the necessary documents.
